With our flexible FLEX rental model, you can cancel the furnishing of your Office Space at any time with 3 months' notice to the end of the month.
With a FIX model, termination is only possible after the basic rental period has expired.

At the end of the rental contract, your contact person will automatically get in touch with you to organize the return of the furniture.
Service
In addition to rental, we offer 3D room planning, ergonomic advice, regular maintenance and upgrades for your office equipment.
The basic rental price is calculated without logistics and transportation costs. In your initial offer, you will always receive a complete list, including collection and any damage to the products.
The assembly and installation of your office furniture is carried out by our qualified logistics team. We make sure that everything is professionally set up so that you can start working immediately.
Complaint
If your goods are delivered defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement as quickly as possible or repair the defective product so that your work processes are not disrupted.
If damage occurs during the rental period, please inform us immediately. We will assess the damage and decide whether a repair or replacement is necessary. Depending on the terms of your rental agreement, costs may be incurred for the repair or replacement.
