Purpose and legal basis

You can subscribe to our newsletter, in which we inform you about news in the area of our services. You can subscribe to the newsletter via our website using your e-mail address, first name and surname.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation).

Recipients of the data

Both Office.Rent and the service provider involved can access this personal data. We have a processing contract with the contracted service provider to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your personal data.

Storage period

Data will only be processed in this context for as long as the corresponding consent is available. After that, it will be deleted.

Provision prescribed or required

Your personal data will only be included in the recipient list with your express consent. You give your consent by clicking on a link in the e-mail that you receive immediately when you subscribe to the newsletter.

External program

We use the external program MailChimp & Pipedrive to send the newsletter. We share your personal data for this purpose. You can of course view the privacy policy of MailChimp & Piepdrive.

Revocation of consent

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. This can be done via the link in the newsletter itself.
