With the Series 3107 – a design from 1955 – designer Arne Jacobsen created a chair that would make design history. Lightweight, easy to stack, and yet extremely stable, the Series 7 was the perfect chair for any application. But even Jacobsen could not have foreseen that the design would become one of the most popular pieces of seating furniture of the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
